Your hands are busy.
Bookings shouldn't be.

Clients message your salon on WhatsApp. They see the times you're actually free — for the service they actually want, at its real length — and book it themselves. Mid-set, mid-soak, you never touch your phone.

A real booking assistant — book an appointment and watch it confirm.

Why nails are different

Your services aren't all the same length. A booking system that ignores that is useless.

A removal is twenty minutes. A full set is nearly two hours. The assistant knows each one, and only offers a slot that actually fits.

Removal
20 min
Manicure
30 min
Pedicure
45 min
Gel manicure
60 min
Mani + pedi
75 min
Refill
75 min
Acrylic full set
105 min

So a client asking for a full set at 6pm never gets offered a slot that only has an hour in it — and a twenty-minute gap between two sets still gets filled with a removal instead of sitting empty.

How it works

One message in. One appointment out.

Nothing changes for your client. They message the salon the way they always have.

01

They write however they write

“baddi gel bokra”, “mani pedi Friday”, “refill after 5”. Arabic, French, franco, typos and all.

02

They see times that fit

Real openings long enough for that exact service, on the day they asked for.

03

They tap, it's booked

Confirmed instantly. Two clients can never take the same slot.

04

It reminds them the day before

With a button to move it — so a two-hour slot comes back to you the night before, not after they don't show.

Why the reminder pays

A missed full set is two hours you can't sell twice.

In a barbershop a no-show costs half an hour. In a salon it can cost most of an afternoon — and that's the gap this closes.

You stay in control

It works for you, not instead of you.

Answer anyone yourself

Reply to a client by hand and it goes quiet in that chat for a few hours. It never talks over you.

Block off your time

One message — “block tomorrow 2 to 4” — and nobody can book into it.

It's your salon's number

Your name, your photo, your WhatsApp. Clients see you, not an app.

Your whole week on one screen

Who's coming, when, and for what — open it between clients.

More than one technician

Add a chair and it books each person's day separately, without collisions.

It asks instead of guessing

When a message isn't clear, it stops and tells you rather than booking the wrong service.

Everything it does

Eight small jobs. One WhatsApp number.

    Questions

    What salon owners ask first.

    Do I lose my WhatsApp?

No. Your own number, chats and app stay exactly as they are. Your bookings come in on a WhatsApp number we set up for your studio, at no extra cost. If you'd rather use your existing WhatsApp Business number, ask us: we check first whether that works for your number.

What if a client wants something unusual?

It only books the services you list. Anything it can't place, it hands straight to you instead of guessing.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They message you exactly as they do today — most won't notice anything changed except that you answer instantly.

    Can I still take walk-ins?

Of course. Block the time, or just carry on — it only fills the gaps you leave open.

What do you need to set it up?

Your services and how long each takes, your hours and your Facebook login. I sit with you and set up the rest.

    Who sees my clients' numbers?

Only you. Each salon runs on its own separate system with its own password.
