This page explains what Lacca Nail Studio does with your information when you book an appointment. Lacca Nail Studio decides how your data is used; the booking software is supplied by Dawrik and runs on Lacca Nail Studio's behalf.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number — so we know whose appointment it is and can contact you about it.
- Your appointments — what you booked, when, with whom, and whether you attended, cancelled or did not arrive.
- Notes the shop adds — for example a colour formula or a preference, so you get the same result next time.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp about booking.
We do not collect payment card details. We do not track you across other websites, and there is no advertising or analytics on this site.
Why we use it
- To make, change and remind you about your appointment. Without your name and number we cannot hold a booking for you.
- To run the shop — knowing who is coming, and how often.
- Where you have chosen to hear from us, to let you know about a free slot or when you are due for your next appointment. You can stop these at any time by replying to the message.
Who can see it
Only Lacca Nail Studio and its staff. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Each shop's records are kept separately — no other business using this software can see them.
Two suppliers process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Fly.io), and, where enabled, Anthropic, whose service reads the text of a booking message to work out what you are asking for. WhatsApp messages travel through Meta under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Appointment history is kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour loyalty and know your preferences. Ask us and we will delete your record.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop messaging you. Ask at the shop or reply to any message. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
