These terms cover booking an appointment with Lacca Nail Studio through this site or on WhatsApp.
Booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message. Times shown are live, and very occasionally two people reach the same slot at once — if that happens we will tell you immediately and offer alternatives.
Changing or cancelling
You can change or cancel your own appointment up to 1 hour(s) before it starts, either on this site or by replying to us. Inside that window, contact the shop directly.
Turning up
Please arrive on time. If you are significantly late we may not be able to do the full service in the time booked. Repeatedly not arriving without telling us may mean we ask for a deposit to hold future appointments.
Prices
Prices shown are for the standard service and may vary with what the work actually involves. We will always tell you before doing anything that costs more than what you booked.
Our responsibility
We aim to keep the booking system available, but we cannot guarantee it is never interrupted. If it is unavailable, contact the shop directly. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Lacca Nail Studio operates.
